The Therapy Process
Therapy can be a highly rewarding experience. I aim to offer an engaging therapy experience where you are heard and empowered.
I utilize talk therapy, which is as simple as it sounds. You talk, I listen. Then, together, we will work on solutions that help you to reach your desired goals.
I offer services for people of all backgrounds and beliefs, I offer therapy that is specific to your individual needs. I will not pass judgment as therapy is a safe zone where you are free to be yourself.
People seek therapy for a variety of reasons including: depression, life changes, employment concerns, trauma, grief, relationships, gender transitions, addictions, anger, family conflicts, personal conflicts, emotional changes, spiritual changes, physical ailments, and so forth. Whatever your needs, we can determine the best way to work through them.
My style of therapy is based on identifying the cause of your concerns in life. There are other types of therapy that work on treating the symptoms, which can work for a period of time, but the original cause of your problems may still be under the surface.
